How do I book your services?+

Press Book a Shoot, choose your package and pick any free slot in my diary. Your booking is confirmed straight away and you'll get a confirmation email. You can also call, email or WhatsApp me and I'll book it in for you.

When can I expect to receive the finished photos?+

All edited photos and media are delivered within 24 hours of your shoot via a private online gallery. Need it faster? Tick same-day delivery when you book, for £10. Where my schedule allows, your edited photos and media will be delivered the same day. If same-day delivery isn't possible due to existing bookings, your order will be delivered within the standard 24 hours and the £10 fee won't be charged.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?+

No — you can arrange key collection, a key safe, or have the vendor present. Just let me know the access arrangements when you book.

How should the property be prepared for the shoot?+

Clear worktops and sides, make the beds, put bins, laundry and personal items out of sight, close toilet seats, move cars off the driveway and keep pets out of the way. If the property isn't ready when I arrive and I need to come back, a £30 call-out fee applies. There's no charge if you let me know at least 24 hours before the shoot.

Can you fly a drone at any property?+

I'm a CAA-licensed drone pilot and I check airspace restrictions before every flight. Some restricted zones may limit drone use — I'll always let you know in advance.

Which areas do you cover?+

Hertfordshire and London. Key areas include Hertford, Ware, Royston, Stevenage, Letchworth, Welwyn, Hatfield, Potters Bar, Harpenden, St Albans, Broxbourne, Harlow, Bishop's Stortford and Enfield. I also travel further — just ask.

What if the weather is bad on shoot day?+

For interior shoots, weather rarely matters. For exteriors and drone work, I keep an eye on the forecast and will contact you to reschedule if needed — at no extra cost.

Is an EPC a legal requirement?+

Yes — in England and Wales an EPC is required for almost every property that is sold or let, with only a few exemptions. EPCs are carried out by a qualified assessor and can be booked for the same visit as your photography.
